Children’s Counselling
We provide evidence-based counselling services for children and teenagers (ages 5–17) to help them navigate life’s challenges. Our focus is on developing a child’s understanding of their emotions and behaviours, then offering tailored coping strategies to improve emotional regulation, self-esteem, and resilience.
For children aged 5 to 7, we offer child-centred play therapy, using play and art to facilitate self-expression, emotional healing, and behaviour regulation in a supportive, child-led environment.
For children and teens aged 8 to 17, we combine cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques to address emotional and behavioural challenges. This tailored approach empowers young people to develop resilience, manage stress, and overcome life’s obstacles.
Our counselling services can help with:
Anxiety
Fears or phobias
Emotional regulation
Low self-esteem and confidence
Fixed mindset
Bullying
Adapting to change
Navigating neurodiversity challenges
